The Design Problem
OKC is currently dealing with overcrowded animal shelters as there has been an influx of animal intake, while adoption rates have decreased. Petco Love is seeking a design solution to negate
this problem.

The Objective
Create an application that promotes trap-neuter-release of stray cats to help with reducing the amount of stray cat intakes. Allow users to participate in the process of trap-neuter-release to streamline the process, and allow worker and volunteers to focus on caring of animals within the shelter.
